Our Garden Club
The Stearns County Area Horticultural Society Garden Club holds monthly meetings in Albany, MN, at Our Savior's Lutheran Church, 840 Lake Ave, at 7 PM on the second Monday of most months. Our meetings often feature speakers who share gardening knowledge and expertise. Past speaker topics have included perennial flowers, bonsai trimming, and how to take care of houseplants.
We also have a plant sale every spring and go on several garden tours during the summer months. We promote the love for gardening, share knowledge, and beautify our community through various projects. Join us and experience the joy of gardening together! Dues are just $6 a year.

January speaker: Jumping Worms, February speaker: Wildflowers & Woodland Flowers, April speaker: Amending our soil, composting, May speakers: Berry Shrubs and Fruit growing, September speaker: Bulbs, when to plant, what to plant, October speaker: Fruit tree diseases and worms **NOTE: March 19 meeting will be at 6:30 pm at the St Cloud Library; speaker will be Todd Brulett on Effects of light pollution on Wildlife, plants, and people. **NOTE: Nov 10 is our Christmas Pot Luck at Our Savior's Lutheran Church starting at 6:30 pm.

May 17, 2025 Plant Sale: 8 Am to Noon, Legion Park Main Street Albany

Come join us for our annual spring plant sale! Club members bring an assortment of plants to sell that range from houseplants to perennials, veggie plants, succulents, shrubs and annuals.

2025 Garden Tours at 6:30 PM: June 9, July 14 and August 11
