Our Garden Club
The Stearns County Area Horticultural Society Garden Club holds monthly meetings in Albany, MN, at Our Savior's Lutheran Church, 840 Lake Ave, at 7 PM on the second Monday of most months. Our meetings often feature speakers who share gardening knowledge and expertise. Past speaker topics have included perennial flowers, bonsai trimming, and how to take care of houseplants.
We also have a plant sale every spring and go on several garden tours during the summer months. We promote the love for gardening, share knowledge, and beautify our community through various projects. Join us and experience the joy of gardening together! Dues are just $6 a year.

2024 Meetings 7 PM at Our Savior's Lutheran Church: Jan 8, Feb12, Mar 11, May 13, Sept 9, and Oct 14

January speaker: New Perennials, February speaker: Mushroom Foraging, March speaker: Shrub Roses and how to Propagate, May speakers: Garden Tools, Seeds and Propagating, September speaker: Planting bulbs, October speaker: Painting Rocks. **NOTE: April 16 meeting will be at 6;30 pm at the Sartell Community Center; speaker will be Stan Tekelia on Wild Flowers. **NOTE: Nov 11 is our Christmas Pot Luck at Our Savior's Lutheran Church starting at 6:30 pm.

May 18, 2024 Plant Sale: 8 Am to Noon, Legion Park Main Street Albany

Come join us for our annual spring plant sale! Club members bring an assortment of plants to sell that range from houseplants to perennials, veggie plants, succulents, shrubs and annuals.

2024 Garden Tours at 6:30 PM: June 10, July 8 and August 12
